Guests' Terms
The booking is for bed and breakfast in a private residence.
No private areas can be accessed or entered into without the owner's express consent. These areas will be clearly marked as 'private'.
The guest can check-in on the date of arrival any time after 2pm and not later than 10pm. The owner reserves the right to deny access if no prior arrangements have been made for late check-in. The property must be vacated on the date of departure not later than 12pm. No pets are allowed.
For the full period of your stay you must keep in mind that you are staying at a private residence which does not normally function as a guesthouse. Please be mindful and respectful in this regard. Rules in particular to the security villages must be adhered to.
Any reference to a bathroom will be at least a bathroom fitted with a shower or a bath. This will normally be a shared bathroom as private bathrooms cannot be guaranteed.
Bedding, towels, shampoo and soap will be provided. Everything else must be regarded as not included. Any extras can be negotiated with the owner but are not guaranteed.
The physical address, telephone number, e-mail address and coordinates will be supplied to you upon full payment. Payment is to be made not later than four weeks prior to the commencement of the event. Failing to pay as stipulated will result in you losing your 25% booking deposit.
Only the number of beds booked by you will be available. No extra beds or rooms will be available and no other guests will be allowed onto the property unless prior consent is given by the home owner. The right of admission is reserved.
The agent, Property Management Company or any owner cannot be held liable for any injuries or loss incurred of whatsoever nature. By paying the booking fee you acknowledge that you have sufficient insurance cover. Please take note that the properties are not suited for handicapped people.
In the event of vis majeure or any acts of God that result in this booking being cancelled, your booking fee will be refunded and will you have no more claim of whatsoever nature.
