How It Works

The process works as follows:

  1. Send us your room requirements, contact details, and preferred payment method via our Online Booking Form. When making a booking we will need the following information:
    • Type and number of rooms (Twin/Double/Single)
    • Number of guests in the group
    • Check-in and check-out dates
    • Contact phone number and email address
    • Your address
    • Which team you are supporting
  2. Once we receive your booking form, we will advise you of the total amount due.
  3. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Please visit our Payment Terms section for information on how to pay.
  4. The remainder of the money is payable no later than four weeks prior to your check-in date.
  5. When full payment is received, details of location and contact information will be exchanged between the guest and the home-owner. You are free to negotiate any other arrangement with the owner, for example: shop runs, washing of clothes, airport pick–ups, etc.

    In the interests of peace and harmony, it is our intention not to 'mix' supporters from opposing nations in the same home unless this is within the same booking.
  6. The home-owners are carefully selected, however, if any disputes occur, we will act as the first point of contact to resolve them to the satisfaction of all parties.
